Chocolate Surprises
Chocolate Surprises is an easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, 1/2 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter, 1/4 c. margarine, confectioners sugar and 1 pkg. candi-quik chocolate flavored, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine peanut butter and margarine.
Add sugar until the consistency of thick frosting.
Spread on cracker and put another cracker on top, making a sandwich.
Melt Candi-Quik in double boiler or in microwave until completely melted.
Using a long tined fork, dip each cracker sandwich in chocolate and place on wax paper until dry.
