Chocolate Silk Pie
Chocolate Silk Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 2 tbsp. cold milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Sift (easy) dry ingredients into a 9-inch pie pan.
Combine oil and milk in a measuring cup.
Whip with a fork; pour oil at once over flour mixture.
Mix with fork until dampened.
Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom of pan; then press dough up to line edges and partly cover rim.
Be sure dough is pressed to uniform thickness.
Bake in a hot 400Β° oven for 15 minutes.
