Sift sugar, flour together.
Mix in saucepan the margarine, oil and cocoa and water.
Bring to a rapid boil and pour over sugar and flour mixture.
Add and mix well the buttermilk, vanilla, eggs, salt and soda.
Spray a long pan and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until done.
