Mix flour, sugar and salt.
In a saucepan or microwave, melt butter, cocoa and water.
Pour and mix with flour mixture. Mix remaining ingredients and then add.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes in a 15 x 12 x 1-inch pan or at 350° for 30 minutes in a 13 1/2 x 9-inch pan.
