Chocolate Sheet Cake

Bring to a boil the first 4 ingredients.
Mix the sugar and flour together in a large mixing bowl.
Pour boiling mixture over the flour mixture.
Mix in the buttermilk, soda, salt, eggs and vanilla.
Put into a greased 13 x 9-inch sheet cake pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 400Β°. Watch carefully.
Make icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
