Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl; set aside.
Bring the oleo, cocoa and water to a boil and add to the flour mixture.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the other mixture. Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes, in a well-greased cookie sheet pan.
