Chocolate Sheet Cake

Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl.
Heat oleo, shortening, water and cocoa in saucepan to boil; pour over flour mixture and mix well.
Beat together eggs, soda, milk and vanilla; add to batter.
Bake in greased, floured jelly roll pan 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix icing 5 minutes before cake is done.
