Chocolate Sheet Cake
Chocolate Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. self rising flour, 1 c. water, 1 stick margarine and 1 c. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together in large bowl 2 cups sugar, 2 cups self rising flour.
Set aside.
In saucepan, boil 1 minute 1 cup water, 1 stick margarine, 1 cup Wesson oil, 4 tablespoons cocoa.
Pour hot mixture over first mixture.
Stil well.
Add 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs. Beat slightly before adding 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for about 40 minutes.
