Sift flour and sugar in large bowl.
Combine Crisco, margarine, water and cocoa in saucepan.
Bring to rapid boil. Pour over flour; mix and beat well.
Mix in milk, eggs, vanilla, soda and cinnamon.
Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
