Chocolate Sheet Cake

Heat butter, water, cocoa and shortening in saucepan until it comes to a boil.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture; stir by hand until mixed.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla; mix well. Bake in a large cookie sheet pan that has at least 1-inch sides. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
While cake is baking, make the icing.
