Combine oleo, cocoa, Crisco and water in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring occasionally and pour over flour and sugar.
Add eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon and soda.
Grease and flour sheet pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375Β°.
