Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Heat oleo, shortening, water and cocoa.
Bring to boil.
Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Beat eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add to mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes.
