Chocolate Sheath Cake

In a large bowl, sift flour and sugar together.
Mix margarine, cocoa and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture and stir until well mixed.
Add eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into well-greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
