Sift together the sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon; set aside. In a saucepan, place the water, margarine, oil and cocoa and bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients, mixing well.
Mix together the buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
Add to chocolate mixture the butter mixture.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
