Chocolate Sauce
Chocolate Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. baking chocolate, 1/4 lb. butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 large can evaporated milk and 1 tsp. (approximately) vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate and butter together.
Add sugar, stirring, until sugar is moistened with the chocolate mixture.
Add evaporated milk and continue cooking and stirring until smooth. Add vanilla.
Makes about 1 quart.
Can be stored in refrigerator and reheated whenever desired.
