Chocolate Satin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. sugar, pinch of salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat first 4 ingredients on low heat until all blended. Remove from heat and add 4 egg yolks, one at a time.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Fold in 4 beaten egg whites.
Pour in cooled pie shell.
Serve at room temperature with whipped cream.
