Chocolate Roll
Chocolate Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. flour, 6 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

About 1 hour ahead, set out eggs.
When ready to make cake, heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease waxed paper, then line bottom of jelly roll pan (paper-buttered side up).
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt together 3 times.
Separate eggs.
Beat yolks and add flour mixture. Add vanilla.
Beat whites until stiff and fold into flour mixture.
Turn into pan.
Bake 12 minutes or just until cake springs back when gently touched.
