Chocolate Refrigerator Cake
Chocolate Refrigerator Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 20 ladyfingers, 1/2 lb. sweet chocolate, 3 eggs, separated, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. whipping cream, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Line loaf pan with wax paper.
Place 8 halves of ladyfingers in bottom of pan.
Melt chocolate over hot water.
Remove from heat.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg.
Beat egg whites stiff; fold in and add vanilla.
Whip half of cream, fold in and spread.
Spread chocolate on ladyfingers in 4 rows.
Top with ladyfingers, chill at least 4 hours.
Frost with whipped cream.
