Chocolate Raspberry Yogurt Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. boiling water, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jell-o brand raspberry or strawberry jell-o, 1 c. frozen vanilla yogurt, 2 c. thawed cool whip and 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries or sliced strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir in frozen yogurt until melted. Stir in whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate until mixture mounds.
If necessary, spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with shaved chocolate, additional whipped topping and berries, if desired. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
