Chocolate Pudding Cookies
Chocolate Pudding Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. jell-o instant chocolate pudding, 1 c. buttermilk baking mix, 1/4 c. oil, 1 egg and assorted candies (m&m's, candy corn, chocolate chips), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Put pudding and baking mix in a bowl and mix together.
Add oil and egg.
Mix until a "ball" forms. Take a small spoonful of dough and shape it into a 1/2-inch ball. Place ball on ungreased cookie sheet.
Repeat, placing balls 2 inches apart.
Press your thumb into the middle of each ball to make a thumbprint.
Put a candy in each thumbprint.
Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes or until light brown and set.
Remove and place on racks to cool.
