Chocolate Pudding
Chocolate Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 4 1/2 c. milk and 3 eggs yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, cocoa and sugar.
Then add milk, egg yolks, vanilla and butter.
Cook over medium heat until thickened (stir constantly).
In large bowl, pour vanilla wafers.
Cover with pudding mixture and make meringue.
Pour meringue over pudding and brown on broil.
