Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 2 eggs, separated and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, egg yolks, milk, margarine and vanilla.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Pour into pie shell. Top with stiffly beaten egg whites, sweetened to taste.
