Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 3 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
Beat egg yolks, slightly. Stir into mixture.
Stir in milk.
Cook in saucepan on medium heat until thick.
Pour into cooked pie shell.
Put meringue on top and brown in oven.
