Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. cocoa, dash of salt and 2 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a heavy skillet, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add 2 egg yolks and 1 cup milk, stirring until blended.
Add remaining milk and salt.
Cook over low to medium heat until mixture is thick. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla.
Pour into ready baked pie crust. Beat the 2 egg whites plus two tablespoons of cold water until thick.
Add one tablespoon sugar while beating.
Pour over chocolate pie and place in oven at 350Β° until meringue browns.
