Chocolate Pie

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add milk.
Gradually add beaten egg yolks.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Add butter and flavoring; pour into baked pie shells.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 6 tablespoons of sugar and spread over pie filling. Bake at 350Β° until lightly browned.
