Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, beaten well, 2 1/4 c. sweet milk, 2 heaping tbsp. cocoa, 1 heaping tbsp. flour and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix together good.
Cook low and slow.
Stir all the time. Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites on high speed with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
Pour on pie.
