Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. flour, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sift flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar in top of double boiler; stir in 2 cups boiling water and place over other part of double boiler and boil until custard leaves the side of pan, then add egg yolks and cook 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and add vanilla and butter.
Pour in baked pie shell; cover with meringue and bake in moderate oven until brown.
