Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 4 eggs, separated, 1 tbsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together.
Boil until thick and then put into cooled pie crust.
Makes 2 pies.
Take egg whites and make meringue for top of pies.
