Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk and 3 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
Add other ingredients except vanilla.
Cook until thick, 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from heat; add vanilla.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Top with meringue made with 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup sugar and a pinch of salt.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar a little at a time; add salt.
Beat until very stiff.
Pour on pie and bake at 400Β° until brown.
