Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. cocoa, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. milk, 6 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, cocoa, flour and salt in pan.
Cook on low heat.
Add your egg yolks (slightly beaten) to mixture.
Cook until thick.
Add your butter and vanilla.
Stir and pour in pie shell.
Beat egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar.
Put on chocolate pie.
Bake in 350Β° oven 15 minutes or until meringue is brown.
