Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. cocoa and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt.
Gradually add beaten egg yolks, milk and cream.
Cook in double boiler, stirring, until thick.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into cooked pie shell (cool pie shell).
