Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust shell, baked, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 400Β°.
In a medium bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, salt and cornstarch; mix well.
In a heavy saucepan on medium heat, cook and stir sugar mixture and milk until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
Gradually stir 1/4 of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks; add back to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
Stir in sour cream and butter; continue to cook until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, mixing well.
Stir in chocolate until blended.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Refrigerate about 2 hours before serving. Serves 6.
