Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 3 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.
Stir in milk.
Cook, stirring often, until thickened.
Separate eggs.
Beat yolks.
Temper eggs with small amount of hot mixture before adding to the entire hot mixture.
Cook a few more minutes; remove from heat.
Add margarine and vanilla.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Top with meringue.
