Chocolate Pie
Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1/4 c. flour, pinch of salt and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix dry ingredients together in heavy pan; add milk and stir. Cook over low heat.
Stir egg yolks together and add a little of the hot pudding to them.
Mix and return it to the hot pudding. Bring mixture to a slow boil and cook 2 minutes.
If it gets lumpy beat with mixer.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
