Chocolate-Peanut Clusters
Chocolate-Peanut Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. peanut butter (smooth), 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels and 2 c. salted spanish peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine peanut butter, butterscotch and chocolate morsels in a heavy saucepan.
Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until melted.
Stir in peanuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto waxed paper.
Chill until firm, about 10 minutes.
Store in a covered container in refrigerator.
Yield: about 4 dozen.
