Chocolate Peanut Balls
Chocolate Peanut Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar, 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) unsalted butter, melted and cooled, 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. creamy peanut butter and 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, stir together the brown sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter until mixture is smooth.
Chill the mixture, covered, for 1 hour or until it is firm enough to form into balls.
