Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 1 pkg. chocolate chips, 1/4 c. hot, strong coffee and 2 tbsp. crème de cacao, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put chocolate chips in blender and add the coffee.
Blend on high for one minute.
Add egg yolks and the crème de cacao and blend for one minute.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add the chocolate mixture and the egg white mixture and blend thoroughly until no streaks remain.
Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
