Chocolate Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. german sweet chocolate, melted, 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 4 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar and 4 oz. coffee, cooled down (1/2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Mix egg yolks and sugar very well.
Add coffee once cooled, then add chocolate.
Beat heavy cream to form whipping cream.
Fold into chocolate mixture and freeze until ready to use.
