Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, 2 to 3 egg yolks, 1 1/4 c. whipping cream, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar and 3 tbsp. strong brewed coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a pan with hot water. (Do not let water boil.)
Add sugar, coffee and egg yolks, one at a time.
Stir until mixture has thickened.
Remove from heat.
Let cool.
Whip cream.
Add slightly cooled chocolate mixture.
Spoon mousse into individual serving dishes.
Let cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Garnish each serving with a spoonful of whipped cream.
