Made with 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding mix, 3/4 c. pecans, chopped, 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened, 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Ingredients will be layered in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare pudding mix by package directions and set aside.
First Layer
Mix nuts, flour and margarine, then pat into bottom of lightly oiled pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool.
