Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, 4 eggs, 2 tbsp. rum, grand marnier or amaretto, 6 tbsp. strong coffee and 1 1/2 c. scalded milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put all ingredients into blender, adding milk last.
Blend well.
