Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 4 tsp. water, 4 tsp. sugar, 6 eggs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler or microwave for 1 minute.
Melt and stir.
Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff; set aside.
Beat yolks; add salt, almond extract and vanilla.
Stir again.
Whip heavy cream until stiff; set aside. Blend everything to egg yolks.
Add everything to egg whites.
Add chocolate, egg whites and heavy cream.
Fold carefully.
Pour into another serving bowl.
Refrigerate 6 hours.
