Chocolate Mints
Chocolate Mints is an easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. mint extract, 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 tbsp. butter flavored crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Line baking sheet with wax paper; set aside.
In small bowl heat together egg and mint extract; set aside.
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and Crisco, stirring constantly.
Gradually add to egg mixture, beating until smooth.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
