Chocolate Mini-Mousse
Chocolate Mini-Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. boiling water, 5 packets sugar substitute and 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine 1/3 cup skim milk and gelatin in blender container and wait one minute before adding water.
Blend until gelatin is dissolved.
Add remaining milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; blend. Add ice milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into dessert cups.
Chill until set.
Contains 70 calories per 4 ounce serving. Yields 8 servings.
