Chocolate Mayo Cake
Chocolate Mayo Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chocolate cake mix, 2 large eggs, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 1/4 c. coffee (instant works fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Line bottom of pan with wax paper.
Melt butter and chocolate chips; set aside. In a bowl or food processor, pour remaining ingredients.
Now, add chocolate mixture.
Mix on high until batter is smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool until pan can be touched before removing.
Frost with Satiny Beige Frosting.
