Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies

Melt butter and chocolate.
Cool; beat eggs.
Add sugar, chocolate and butter mixture.
Add vanilla, nuts and flour with baking powder.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Pour a large jar of marshmallow cream over hot brownies.
Place under broiler until lightly browned (2 to 3 minutes).
Cool and top with chocolate icing.
