Chocolate Macaroons
Chocolate Macaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. salad oil, 6 sq. chocolate, 6 eggs, 3 c. sugar and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine oil in melted chocolate.
Beat eggs and add sugar and vanilla.
Add cooled chocolate mixture.
Sift flour and baking powder; add to mixture.
Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
Roll into large balls and roll in 4x sugar (confectioners) and bake 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 minutes.
