Made with 3 c. sifted confectioners sugar, divided, 1/2 c. nestle cocoa, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk and 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup confectioners sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 measuring tablespoons milk and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
Gradually add remaining confectioners sugar alternately with milk.
