Chocolate Icing(Good) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients together.
Put over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
