Chocolate Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1 box confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine; add cocoa and milk.
Bring to a rolling boil and stir a little.
Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla.
